Everything went very well. Arrived at scheduled appointment time, was invited to use their customer lounge. Had a bottle of water, read a magazine, abd relaxed. They came to get me when my van was ready. Very polite Staff. Good experience.

The got me in for my oil change and tire rotation on time and out quickly. The video they provide you with tire tread dept and under body inspection is nice also.
I was impressed with the video that was sent to me of things being looked at on my vehicle. I appreciate that they brought my engine filter to show me and ask if I wanted it replaced instead of just telling me and not letting me see it for myself.
Walked in without an appointment due to major Uconnect radio issues. Nothing worked after failed update. Was greeted by Matt at service and after explaining my issue, as usual, he went about the process to schedule an appointment a week away, seeming unbothered or concerned. Pretty pushy on the extended warranty thing. Finance manager didn't seem pleased when I declined. Kept saying it's needed . Matt was awesome and Rasheed was for being newer in the car sales game. Would like to see little more hustle around there . They all seem to work at their own pace. No one is in a hurry by any means !

Came in for a routine oil change and the staff was very accommodating. I waited in the larger lounge area with snacks and drinks. Video of vehicle inspection was neat. Service was speedy.

We were on a trip from Minneapolis to Chippewa Falls when my Jeep had a misfire cylinder. To be safe, we had it towed to Morries. They were able to get my Jeep in to work on it within 48 hours. While they were at it, I had them replace my 12 volt battery and change out my inner fender liners. I felt like this was all done at a very reasonable cost, and Kate's service was outstanding. I worked with Matt Johnson and David Czysz. I came from out of state and Matt had done his research . He sent me pics of the vehicle he had found. Overall, a really pleasant experience. I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler diesel in for a routine 60,000 mile service. The service staff was extremely friendly. I was given updates on how the service was coming along, including an estimated completion time and a video clip summary from the mechanic. I utilized their free shuttle service which was very convenient and prompt. The shuttle driver was awesome. My only criticism is that the DEF fluid was not topped off. Kate handled the service and communicated well. This was the second visit this year with sensor issues. Dusty, the mechanic, seems to have found a good combination of injector cleaning and adjustments as the vehicle is peppier than it has been since the first EPA-mandated adjustments a few years ago. It is nice to have the "old Jeep" back!
I noticed recently that my oil change sticker fell off and I couldn't find my last receipt so Monday morning I stopped in. Within minutes I had an appointment set up for later in the day. Came back at scheduled time, my Jeep went in very fast. Probably 45 minutes later my Jeep was done and back outside No complaints, fast service and yes I would recommend them happily.

The service was very friendly and helpful. Not only did they do the oil change and tire rotation but also listened to my concerns about certain issues I've been having with my car. Honestly great customer service. My salesman Tim stayed late with me on a Saturday to look at trucks and then accommodated my work schedule later in the week to close. Helped me swap all my stuff in the pouring rain and stayed late to show me all the features in the new truck. He also got my truck accessories installed right away. Overall great experience and would absolutely buy here again.
